Welcome to SSF's Visitors
SAO SARY FOUNDATION (SSF) was founded in 2006 to help improve the living standard of the poorest of the poor and vulnerable families in  the Cambodia's poorest communities and to develop support for the education of orphans and other vulnerable children (OVCs) ensuring they are away from all forms of violence, exploitation and abuse. Our dedicated team is committed to provide emergency support to extremely poor communities in Cambodia to reduce drop-out rates from public schools and to assist families in becoming economically self-sufficient so they can provide for their own children without having to institutionalize their children in orphanages. Children have a right to an education and to grow up with their own families where possible.

Licence
SSF was registered with the Ministry of Interior (MOI) of the Kingdom of Cambodia as a non-governmental organization. We are a non-religious, non-political, impartial and independent organization. Our head office is located in the central province of Kampong Speu Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. SSF is in the process of signing a n Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MOSVY) of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Vision
"SSF cannot wait until a child becomes a victim and then rescue and rehabilitate the child. It is better to avoid or prevent the forms of violence, exploitation and abuse first."
